How it treats snoring

How can I stop my snoring?

We can help you stop or drastically reduce your snoring, so that it’s no longer a problem to you and those close to you.

The other products from our Snoreeze range are a good place to start if your problem is only mild.  The range consists of products such as sprays, strips, and lozenges. They can help reduce or prevent most snoring.

If you snore loudly and have found that other products don’t work, it could be time to try the Snoreeze Oral Device.

For most snorers, lifestyle changes can help to reduce the problem, or even stop it.  If the following factors may be contributing to your snoring, the links below can help you to discover what positive changes you can make to reduce the problem.

Alcohol

Weight

Smoking

Lifestyle changes all take time to have an effect, and are often really difficult to stick to. The good news is that while you are working on your lifestyle changes, there is an answer to your snoring problem that can work immediately.

How does it work?

The Snoreeze Oral Device is a mouldable mouthpiece designed to reduce or stop your snoring.  It’s easy to use and can work from the first night you use it.

Oral devices are now well established as an extremely effective treatment for snoring. We sell thousands of this device every year in the UK and across Europe, and are confident that it works!

You snore when the muscles and tissue in your throat relax, changing the shape of your airway. Products in the Snoreeze Snoring Relief  Oral range can treat the tissue of your airway, by helping to tighten and lubricate it.  This is enough to stop most snoring, but if your problem is severe, you may need a different solution.

The Snoreeze Oral Device is designed to reduce or stop even the loudest snoring.  It works on the muscle of your airway and actively opens your airway to create more space for air to pass through.  This means that you can finally breathe easily and quietly when you sleep.

The Snoreeze Oral Device keeps your jaw in the right position, or holds it forward very slightly.  This keeps your airway open and creates space at the base of your tongue for air to pass through easily.

How an oral device treats snoring

The Snoreeze Oral Device works so well because of several factors. It stops your airway from narrowing, reducing the vibrations that make the snoring noise. At the same time, it increases the size of the air space behind your tongue, allowing you to breathe easily during sleep.

NOTE. Snoring can sometimes be a sign of sleep apnoea; a condition that causes interrupted breathing during sleep. Read more about the condition on our sleep apnoea page. You can take our short questionnaire to discover your sleep apnoea risk level.
